  • Custom Item Notice:

Every set from NAMI NAILS is 100% handcrafted and custom-made. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.

  • Quality Issues Definition:

If you receive a severely damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Minor Variances:

Please note that handcrafted traces, slight color differences due to lighting/monitor settings, and 1-2mm measurement variances are not considered quality defects.

  • Lost or Damaged Pieces:

If a single nail piece is lost or damaged by the user, we offer a replacement service for 10% of the original price per piece (shipping fees apply).
